Three weeks in Bahia Del Sol and it seems like five days only. El Salvador is awesome, inexpensive and the people here are super friendly. We have gone into San Salvador twice and a small town called Zacatecoluca three times to get some provisions and use the internet. By bus Zacatecoluca is about 1 ½ hours away and San Salvador we have taken a taxi in once and by car once both times about a hour away. It sounds like we are really out there but we are not without comforts of the Hotel Bahia Del Sol. For $10 a week we get use of the hotel, swimming pool and the bar that serves cold beer for a buck. The hotel also gives us a 30% discount on food. Paradise at last!!!!! Note the buses are all custom painted and tripped out with booming stereo systems. Very cool. We will be here for another three weeks and then heading back to the states. We are going to be painting the bottom and be moving to a mooring before we leave.
