9/30/2004 - sea trial September 20th

The sea trial went real well. It wasn't as windy as I wanted but we still had some wind to test the boat and get some experience before we leave. This is a picture of our main sail, stay sail and yankee.


Take a look at our drifter sail (light wind sail).... it's huge!

9/17/2004 - Heading South

The day is near October 7th. We will be launching at ten hundred hours. The crew will consist of Cathy, Drew, Mike, Will and myself. Our last days in San Francisco will be at Pier 39. The list of crap just never goes away so it will just have to come with us. Hope to see everyone at our going party on the 5th of October. jake
