For Jake's 35th birthday we splurged and booked a room for two nights at the Villa de Palmar. The hotel was in "swimming distance" from the Woodduck and we did just that, swam into shore, with a few things packed in a dry bag, and enjoyed life on land for a few days. It was a really nice treat.

Hello from me and Ema!
It was great to see all of your pictures. Looks like you're having a great time...we're jealous. NOTE: We're not jealous about the 20-foot waves for 36 hours and almost capsizing several times. Wow.
Happy Birthday Jake! Cathy, you're lookin' great at the wheel! Our boat is up on blocks for winter storage, so seeing you out on the water is nice.
All for now,
Haig & Ema

HI my little pies, The pictures are wonderful, all of them. Hope your birthday was splendid Jake. I'm not crazy about not being able to contact you on special occasions but you can be sure I sent plenty of hugs your way. I'm so proud of you two I could just explode. I love this website. Keep on keeping on. We wait with baited breath for all news. Love, Mama
Hello Merry Travelers!!
Absolutely great pics of the Baja stretch and Cabo!
Now that you've endulged in the decadence of resort living for a few hours, hopefully you've been able to assuage the aches from the challenging Baja run.
Wishing you the best, Feliz Navidad!!
